He has been very studious and driven towards academics. Dheeraj scored a good rank in the AIEEE and qualified in the JEE (high rank in the extended merit list). He pursued a B.Tech at LNMIIT Jaipur. After graduation, he got placed at Amdocs Pune as a software programmer. He was also equally interested in extracurricular activities like quizzing. Dheeraj won several awards and prizes in national-level Quizzing events like Tata Crucible Campus quiz, AIMA Mastermind etc. He also likes to read about economics and sociology.
He aimed at entering the IAS (civil services), and with persistence and determination, he pursued the competitive exam preparation process for several years. Dheeraj qualified for 5 CSE mains consecutively and appeared for the personality test/interview stage of the civil services exam, which is regarded as one of the toughest and most competitive exams in India.
His passion for the civil services exam process made him take up the role of Educator (Teaching faculty, mentor) in the UPSC coaching industry. He is also considering offers from some leading Edutech companies at this point in time. He aspires to launch his own edutech platform in future.
