He didn't switch the company due to family reasons. If he switches the company easily can get 60-70L CTC. Now so many IITians, IIMians, foreigners working under and with him.
To understand our capability in last 3 years we purchased 8 acres of farmland, constructed 2 BHK house in our native, completed the sister wedding without any debts and made 70 Lakh worth investments.
